I'm sitting here with a steaming cup of hot cocoa. Did you know that chocolate is good for muscle recovery? I just got back from a bike ride and I'm freezing. I have one of those Keurig coffee machines that make one cup at a time. But I don't drink coffee. Ever. Even if I'm up working on cookies until 4am, no coffee. I figured out that coffee makes my heart go a little bonkers. It actually feels like my heart is going to jump out of my chest. So, no coffee ever. I'm hyper enough as it is. But I have a Keurig. Why, you ask. For hot cocoa. Just for hot cocoa. Weird huh. You would think I'm a chocolate fiend, but I don't even like chocolate. Well, except for Georganne's chocolate cookies. But a steaming cup of hot cocoa after a bike ride... yum. You can feel the heat going down into your stomach and it warms you up quickly. I know, I know, I should be a tea drinker. But yuck. Don't even get me started on tea. I made these bicycle cookies for my bike club that was having their end of year party.
